Course Description
This one-week professional development helps educators reimagine the role of AI in instructional planning and preparation — not as a taskmaster for repetitive work, but as a catalyst for creativity, innovation, and equity. Participants will explore one AI tool in depth and collaborate with peers to build a shared AI Toolkit & Resource Repository. Ethical considerations and school-specific expectations around responsible AI use are interwoven into all activities.
Learning Outcomes:
- Experiment with one AI tool to explore creative, student-centered uses through prompt testing.
- Co-create a cohort-based AI Toolkit & Repository by contributing use cases and examples.
- Develop a Responsible Use Guide aligned with ethical, privacy, and pedagogical standards.
