Fayth is a career changer who started her first teaching job at 32 years old. Prior to teaching, she was a bank teller, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a small-business owner, to name a few.   

She holds a master’s degree in early childhood education, ABD doctorates (All But Dissertation) in educational leadership and curriculum and instruction, and she is currently working toward her doctorate in curriculum and instruction.

Brittany's career has seen her in various roles, including second-grade teacher, English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) teacher, and school counselor. She holds master's degrees in educational psychology and school counseling and is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational leadership.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Rockdale County Public Schools  

Michele has worked with Rockdale County Public Schools in Conyers, Georgia, for the past 23 years. She spent the first 15 years as a special education educator and administrator before moving into human resources, where she currently serves on the superintendent’s executive cabinet. 

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Special Education, a Master of Education in Counselor Education, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership.
