FAQs About the EDP
You have questions? We have answers.
How does the replacement guarantee work?
If a teacher leaves during your EDP, their seat is filled by a waitlisted candidate at no additional cost to you.
What is the first step to partnering with Moreland?
Start by connecting with our district partnership team. We’ll learn about your workforce needs, walk through the EDP options, and co-design an implementation plan that fits your priorities. Once aligned, we’ll guide you through teacher nomination, onboarding, and program kickoff.
What kind of support can districts expect?
District partners get a dedicated Partner Success Coordinator who will work with you to support you and your teachers who enroll in Moreland’s program. As your teachers enroll, they will have a program manager as well as hands-on support from our faculty members, clinical practice coordinators, and their cohort peers. As a partner, you’ll also gain access to workforce insights, recruitment support, and ongoing collaboration with our team to improve retention and outcomes.
Which districts are a good fit?
The EDP was created for districts that are focused on putting certified teachers in front of students, investing in teacher support and retention systems, and building long-term workforce stability to improve student outcomes.
