Course Description 

In this one-week course, you’ll learn to prioritize what truly needs to be graded (and what doesn’t), use efficient feedback strategies students will actually use, and design clear, reusable rubrics that streamline your workflow without lowering expectations.

By the end, you’ll create a streamlined grading and feedback system tailored to your classroom, helping you reduce burnout, improve consistency, and make your feedback more impactful without taking work home every night.
