Strong family partnerships are key to student success. This course supports educators in building meaningful, sustained partnerships with families by honoring their strengths, needs, and lived experiences — across all cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Participants will begin developing a personalized, equity-focused family engagement plan grounded in student data and supported by AI-powered tools to enhance communication and accessibility. From virtual conferences and home visits to cultural celebrations and family storytelling, teachers will explore inclusive, innovative strategies that build relational trust and promote student success across diverse communities.
