Fayth was a career changer, transitioning into education in 2011. She has four years of experience as a classroom teacher, nine years in administration, and nearly six years in higher education. 

Fayth holds a master’s degree in early childhood education, ABD doctorates (All But Dissertation) in educational leadership and curriculum and instruction, and she is currently working toward her doctorate in curriculum and instruction.

Phillip is a graduate of Moreland’s TEACH-NOW and M.Ed. Teaching Multilingual Learners programs. He teaches high school language arts for the School District of Ashland in Ashland, Wisconsin. He approaches learning through an interdisciplinary lens and has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ and Indigenous students and teachers.

Elizabeth has 24 years of experience in education, including as a high-school teacher in Uruguay, a Montessori Spanish teacher, and a migrant education specialist. She has a doctorate in philosophy and language education and is currently a candidate in Moreland’s TEACH-NOW program, pursuing her certificate in elementary education.
