She has served in various instructional and leadership roles throughout her career, including intermediate math and science teacher, teacher leader, and mentor to early career educators. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to instructional excellence, creative lesson design, and cultivating learning environments that inspire curiosity, innovation, and lifelong learning.

Cole is the Activities Director for Griswold CSD in Iowa. He has more than 20 years of experience in education, including as a teacher, a head football coach, and an athletic director. He holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Moreland University and was a 2023 Montana Teacher of the Year candidate.

Linda Suarez

Linda is a World Languages teacher for Northwest High School in Maryland, where she teaches Spanish Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. She is passionate about collaborating with students toward building and developing their Spanish language skills. Her classes incorporate writing, reading, listening, and speaking, while utilizing technology to ensure learning is interactive and fun.

Rhonda Villaverde

Rhonda is an assistant principal at a Title I charter school in the Phoenix metropolitan area, bringing over 15 years of experience teaching in private, public, online, and homeschool settings from Kindergarten through 12th grade. She holds a Master’s in Educational Technology and is pursuing a second Master’s in Educational Leadership, with a passion for instructional equity, student engagement, and school improvement. Known for fostering strong school communities, she focuses on culturally responsive teaching, PBIS implementation, and innovative strategies to support both teachers and students.
