Course Description

Classroom management remains a daily challenge for many educators, requiring both structure and flexibility as student needs and behaviors continue to evolve. This course reimagines classroom management as a collaborative practice grounded in student voice and shared ownership. Teachers will explore how to co-create norms, routines, and procedures with students to foster a learning environment built on respect, curiosity, and inclusion. Rooted in culturally responsive practices, the course offers practical tools for launching student-led norm setting, modeling expectations, and supporting diverse learners.
